Certification, granted by the National Burglar & Fire Alarm Association-endorsed Installation Quality Certification Board. The I.Q. Certification Board awards the Installation Quality Certification to companies that provide electronic security and life safety systems. The board is composed of police and fire officials, experts from the insurance industry and state regulatory community, and professionals from the alarm industry appointed by the National Burglar & Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA). The I.Q. Certification is granted based on stringent technical and customer service standards of quality and false alarm reduction. To receive I.Q. Broadview Security has been awarded the 2nd Annual Police Dispatch Quality Award (PDQ) for excellence in minimizing false police dispatches in Montgomery County (Md.). The Security Industry Alarm Coalition (SIAC), False Alarm Reduction Association (FARA) and Security Sales & Integration sponsor the award.
